Returns Policy
AS-IS. No refunds or exchanges. Upon completing your order, you are agreeing that we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit by UPS, or any other carrier. If you want shipping insurance, contact us after you've made your initial payment for the order and we will take a separate payment for the insurance (1.5% of the sale price, with a $5 minimum).

Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping your order (not including weekends and holidays). We often ship more quickly and expect your prompt payment in return. All packages will be shipped UPS Ground.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Heavy or bulky items may be subject to an additional fee for special shipping. Orders weighing more than 300 lbs may require freight shipping. No expedited delivery. Only commercial carrier, curbside. Unloading is the customer's responsibility, including off the back of the truck, in some instances.
We CANNOT ship ammo to Washington DC, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois, Hawaii, Connecticut, Alaska, New York City, Buffalo, or Rochester, P.O. Boxes, or Internationally. We are able to ship ammo to the rest of New York State, but we must ship through a Federal Firearms Licensee dealer (FFL). If you want to have ammo sent to California, it must be sent to your local Federal Firearm Licensee, and we would need a copy of your preferred FFL License. It is not legal to ship Ammo to PO Boxes, so please make sure you have a physical address listed.
